Technical partner for agencies

I work with marketing, SEO, branding and design agencies as a technical partner. You keep the client relationship; I handle the applications, integrations, custom software and automation that fall outside your usual service.

How the collaboration works

  1. 01

    You give me the context

When a technical request comes in that doesn't fit your service, you tell me about the project, the client and the constraints. I sign an NDA if needed before seeing anything.

  2. 02

    I assess and propose

I review what's there and come back with an assessment: whether it's viable, with what approach, timeline and partner price. You present that proposal to the client with your margin, or introduce me as a collaborator; whichever you prefer.

  3. 03

    I build the technical side

I work with reviewable progress from the first week and keep you updated at the level of detail you need to talk to the client. You remain the client's point of contact.

  4. 04

    Delivery and continuity

On delivery, the code and documentation belong to the project. If the client needs maintenance or evolution, it can continue under the same collaboration setup.

What I take on and what you keep

What I take on

  • Architecture and development of the custom software, integrations and automation.
  • Realistic estimates of scope, timeline and risk before anything is committed to the client.
  • Technical documentation and an orderly handover when the project closes.
  • Technical support during the project and, if agreed, maintenance afterwards.

What you keep

  • The relationship and communication with the client: you are their point of contact.
  • The strategy, design, content and marketing side of the project.
  • Invoicing the end client and your margin on the technical work.
  • The choice of introducing me as a collaborator or keeping the collaboration white label.

Types of project I usually cover

I don't do brochure sites or layout work: you already have your team for that. I come in where the project needs real logic, data or integration.

  • Custom web applications and management dashboards for the agency's client.
  • Integrations between the client's site and their systems: CRM, ERP, invoicing, payment gateways.
  • Automation of processes and workflows that are done by hand today.
  • Custom functionality on WordPress or whichever CMS you use, when a plugin doesn't reach.
  • Proof of concept and integration of AI automations.
  • Native Android apps when the project calls for it.

Confidentiality and white label

I work under an NDA whenever you ask, and by default I don't publish or mention projects done in collaboration without your express permission.

The collaboration can be white label: the client doesn't need to know the technical side is handled by someone external. If you prefer to introduce me as a trusted collaborator, that works too.

I don't compete for your clients. I don't offer marketing, SEO, branding or design services: my work starts where yours ends.

Frequently asked questions

How is it invoiced?

I invoice you at a partner price, with a fixed proposal per project. You invoice the end client with your margin. There's no fixed fee for being a partner: only the actual work is billed.

Do you only work with agencies in Málaga?

No. The collaboration is remote and I work with agencies anywhere in Spain. Being close by helps for the occasional meeting, but it isn't a requirement.

Is there a minimum number of projects?

No. You can call on me for a one-off project or on an ongoing basis. The idea is that you have a trusted technical option when something comes up, with no prior commitment.

What if the project goes wrong with the client?

The collaboration agreement defines what happens in that case: scope fixed in writing, payment milestones and cancellation terms. The aim is that a problem with the client doesn't leave you exposed.

Shall we talk for 15 minutes?

Tell me what kind of technical projects fall outside your service and we'll see whether a collaboration fits. No obligation.
