Cookie policy

This website loads no analytics cookies and no third-party scripts until you expressly accept them. Here is the detail of what is stored in your browser and how to change your decision whenever you want.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it, allowing information about your browsing to be remembered. This policy also covers other equivalent technologies for storing and retrieving data on the device, such as browser local storage (localStorage), which is what this site uses and which the regulations treat the same as cookies.

Under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, only those that are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested may be installed without your consent. The rest require your prior, informed and express consent.

2. Types of cookies by purpose

Technical or necessary
They enable browsing and the use of the site's basic functions, such as remembering your decision about cookies. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled without affecting how the site works.
Preference or personalisation
They remember display options you choose, such as the light or dark theme.
Analytics or measurement
They allow aggregated understanding of how the site is used (most visited pages, traffic source) in order to improve it. They require your consent and on this site they are not loaded until you give it.
Advertising or tracking
They are used to show personalised ads or to track your activity across different sites. This site does not use them under any circumstances.

3. What exactly this website stores

There are no third-party cookies or scripts active before your consent. When you accept the analytics category, a single measurement tool is loaded, in addition to the site's own technical storage:

NameOwnerPurposeTypeDuration
zd_consentOwn (local storage)Stores your decision about analytics cookies so you are not asked again on every visit and to block the scripts you have not accepted.Technical or necessary6 months from your decision; you are then asked again.
themeOwn (local storage)Remembers whether you prefer the light theme, the dark theme or the operating system's.Technical or exempt preferenceUntil you clear your browser data.
Vercel Web AnalyticsVercel Inc. (data processor)Aggregated, anonymous statistics of visits and most viewed pages. It uses no cookies of its own: it measures via a one-off request when the page loads, with no persistent identifier.AnalyticsNo persistent storage on your device.

Vercel Web Analytics does not identify specific individuals or cross data between sites: it is designed to work without cookies and without personal data. The site does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or social buttons that load third-party resources. If any additional measurement tool were added in the future, it would fall solely under the analytics category described above and only after your express acceptance, and this table would be updated with the corresponding detail.

4. How your consent is requested

On your first visit a notice appears in which you can accept or reject analytics cookies with the same ease, with no pre-ticked boxes and without rejection causing any inconvenience to your browsing. Until you choose, no measurement tool and no third-party script is loaded: consent is applied beforehand, not afterwards.

Technically, the site initialises Consent Mode with all categories denied by default and only updates them to granted when you accept. Continuing to browse or closing the notice without choosing is not interpreted as acceptance.

5. How to change or withdraw your decision

You can change your decision at any time and as easily as you gave it, with the button you will find at the bottom of this page. When you withdraw consent, the analytics scripts are removed from the browser, any state they left in memory is cleared and the page reloads automatically, so it stops measuring anything you do from that moment on. If you make the decision in another open tab of the site, the change propagates to this one too.

You can also manage or delete the site's storage from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you clear local storage you will also lose your saved preference and the notice will be shown again.
